Bootcamp-azzie

At Bootcamp-azzie we are all about making everyone feel right at home. I do my best to create an environment that is both comfortable and motivating. Each class is different and I rarely repeat the same routine. I like to keep everyone guessing so that you come in with that can-do attitude. One of the questions I get asked the most is, "Can beginners join?" and my answer to that is, "HELL YES!" I give modifiers for every exercise and if an exercise doesn’t work for you altogether, I present you with an alternative. The goal is to allow everyone to get a good sweat in no matter what level they are at. If you’re ready to feel your best and reach goals, get your name on the list today! Class Structure &

Schedule 

Each class is different, we focus on a certain area of the body using a circuit style training method. I offer class

@ 6:30 AM Tuesday-Thursday for around

45-60 mins at Tremont Hall.

Tuesday's are lower body where we focus on Glutes and legs. Wednesday's are upper body, where we work our arms, back, and chest. Lastly, Thursday's are cardio and core, normally higher intensity and a faster pace.

Signing Up 

Bootcamp-azzie sign-ups are monthly only for motivational purposes. If you are visiting from out of town day passes are available.
